Shipping and Guarantee

We primarily use Fed Ex for all deliveries.  This means the fish come directly to your residence/work place, or can be held for pickup at a customer center.  We ALWAYS ship Priority Service, which usually means delivery prior to Noon on weekdays.  We have no control over the actual delivery time, so customers need to make sure they, or someone responsible, is available to bring package inside on the delivery day.    PACKAGES LEFT OUTSIDE WILL VOID THE LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE.  

If you are wanting to combine different fish into a single order, please conact us.  We can invoice you with combined shipping charges, which will be less than making separate purchases

We guarantee live delivery of all shipments, as long as the package is accepted on the first delivery attempt.  This means a responsible party is available to accept the package and it is not left outside.  Leaving a package outside VOIDS the delivery guarantee.  The guarantee covers live delivery only.  Once bags are opened and fish released into customer tank the live arrival guarantee is complete.  Any DOA(s) must be reported within 1 hour of delivery with a clear picture of the deceased fish in the bag.  If someone other than the customer is accepting the package, the package should be opened to verify the fish are alive within one hour of arrival.

We make every effort to be accurate with the sexing of non-juvenile fish; however, unproven fish can be difficult to sex accurately, especially wild fish which are recent imports.  Any disputes of sex of fish must be reported to us within 24 hours of arrival.
